What home service business owners say
What Will Bookkeeping Cost?
You're making decisions based on your bank balance.
Your balance isn't your profit. It's just what's left after the last thing cleared. It doesn't know about the check that hasn't been cashed, the invoice your customer hasn't paid, or the bill that hasn't hit yet. Every decision you make off that number is missing half the picture.
You find out you had a bad month 60 days too late.
By the time your accountant closes March, it's May. You've already made May's decisions based on nothing. You've already hired and spent without knowing if March even worked. Current books don't just tell you what happened. They give you time to do something about it.
Every hour in QBO is an hour you could be building.
Your time is the one thing you can't make more of. While you're catching up on transactions, your competition is calling back Friday's missed lead. Every hour in QuickBooks is an hour you're not growing. The question isn't whether you can afford to hire a bookkeeper, it's whether you can afford not to.

The team behind your books
Home Service Bookkeeper is powered by the same team behind Accounsel: real people, industry experience, and a genuine investment in your success.

Mia Campbell
Mia runs the bookkeeping operations. Her bookkeeping career began in 2015 at a large roofing company based out of Denver, CO, and over two decades in office and operations work before that. When she's not at her desk, you'll find her at home with her husband, kids, grandkids, and Lady the dog, enjoying crocheting and cooking.

Dan Predovich
Dan runs the strategic and administrative side of the business. He started his accounting career in 2010 managing a CPA firm part-time while working as a career firefighter, before trading in the fire truck for a desk and eventually starting his own accounting firm, later teaming up with Mia. He spends his free time with his wife, his new daughter, and his bird-dog, Button.

Heather Evans
Heather loves helping small-business owners feel confident about their finances. Before joining Accounsel, she worked in banking and as a paralegal while providing bookkeeping on the side, which led her back to school for degrees in Accounting and Professional Accounting. When she's not working, you'll find her cheering on her nephews at their games, cross-stitching, or planning her next trip.
